It is coloured by Hibiscus and has a pleasant bitterness and crisp tones of red berries. It’s a perfect match for appetisers, seafood, fish and white meat. Enjoy it chilled at 5°C in a champagne glass. Flavour Notes: Selection of 10 teas- our version of a sparkling Rose. Less sweet than the others. Lightly bitter and dry thanks to the defining hibiscus.
