This wine has a particular link with the traditions of the Etna territory where it was widespread customary to make very short macerations in order to produce fruity wines and prona beva, much appreciated in the area. The production techniques used enhance the aromatic characteristics of the vines used. It is a rosé wine of good coloring intensity with moderate tannins that finds perfect combinations even on fish dishes and on dishes based on fresh tomato.

Destemming of grapes. Maceration at controlled temperature (29 ° C) with selected yeasts in stainless steel vats for 4 hours. Racking and completion of alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (16-18 ° C). Assembly and aging in steel tanks for a minimum period of 5 months. Bottling is carried out twice and aging in the bottle is guaranteed for at least 2 months before marketing.
