Jade Plant

The Jade is grown indoors, growing like a miniature tree, with a trunk and branches. It is a succulent that will store water in it's leaves, just like a cactus. This succulent is a strong fellow. In order to have a healthy long life, it requires only 2 things; water and plenty of light. They are both an indoor and outdoor species, although there needs to be enough heat and sun outside for it to survive. The jade plant grows happily with plenty of light. A few hours of sun each day will ensure a strong and healthy plant. Allow the soil to dry between each watering. This will depend on the time of year, the humidity and the amount of sun it gets. Too much water sitting at the bottom of the pot with the roots will cause them to rot. *Decorative pot sold separately
